    2. Upload your before photos. I know most people are scared of showing pictures when they are not at their ideal weight but believe me this will be a great motivator through the weeks as you see the changes. You will see changes in your photos even when the scale is not changing. 

    3. Update as often as you like but please give us an update at least once a week. I’m always motivated and encouraged when I read about others' progress. You may even become someone’s inspiration and they will be anxiously awaiting your updates.
